All items are shipped directly from the factory warehouses and will take a little longer for delivery. Everything is sent with a tracking number, and you may need to sign for the package when your order arrives.

I do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. It's a rare thing, but I need to be informed within three days of delivery if there's a problem with your order. If you can include photos of the problem it's quite helpful.
